A timber-framed and plastered building probably of C15 origin, altered in the C16-C17 and re-fronted in the early C19. Two storeys with parapet. Four window range of modern casements with square hoodmoulds on the upper storey. The ground storey has an early C19 shop bay window with glazing bars in the centre and 2 later C19 shop windows at the east and west ends. Roof tiled (modern). The interior has exposed timber-framing and some moulded ceiling beams and joists.
