Railings and gate piers. Probably 1860s for Berners family. Cast and wrought
iron and ashlar. On plan railings form quadrants which breakforward to gate-
piers. Plinth, square corniced piers. Railings have bars with scrollwork form-
ing arches between standards with spear and foliate heads. Dog bars with
foliate finials. Twisted and scrolled abutments with gilded eagle heads.
Square lamps to gate piers. Gates in storage at time of resurvey. Included
for group value.
