A late C18 or early C19 timber-framed and plastered house with a gault
brick front. 2 storeys, with single storeyed wings to the east and west
with castellated parapets. 3 window range on the main block, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. The outer ranges of
windows break forward slightly. The ground storey windows are 3-light.
A glazed canopy on ornamental iron supports extends across the front.
The windows to the wings are partly double-hung sashes with glazing bars
and partly modern casements. Roof slate, hipped. Several wings extend
to the north at the rear.
