A grey gault brick building of circa 1830 standing on the corner of Church
Walk and Westgate Street and adjoining the C19 Westgate Terrace on the
west. 3 storeys. The south front has 4 window range and a canted bay
through 3 storeys at the east end and the east front has 3 window range,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The south front
sets back slightly at the west end, with 1 window range and an elliptical
arched carriage way on the ground storey. The ground storey windows are
3-light. Roof slate, hipped.
