II
Farmhouse, now house with annexe. Early C18, additions early C19.
Rubble stone, concrete tiled roof, brick stacks. Two-storey, 6-
window. C20 door to left of centre with flat stone hood on
brackets, beaded 16-pane sash, C20 casement, French windows and 16-
pane sash to right, straight joint to left to C19 addition with two
12-pane sashes to ground and first floor, and higher roofline.
First floor to C18 part has two 12-pane sashes in beaded
architraves, one cyma-mullioned and one beaded 3-light mullioned
casement with straight joints between each pair of windows. Left
return has segmental-headed doorway to cellar, beaded casement to
attic. Rear has C20 half-glazed door with single beaded casement
to left, 3-light cyma-mullioned casement and C20 conservatory with
planked door and plate glass sashes in beaded architraves within,
with sash to right, first floor has two sashes to right, two
mullioned casements and single casement to left.
Interior has 4-panelled doors, chamfered beams, open fireplace with
chamfered cambered lintel on stone jambs, flagstone floors. Former
outbuilding to right now annexe with C20 casements and C20 planked
door, entrance at upper level, attached to right is early C20
stable or cowhouse in red brick with corrugated asbestos roof.
