Occupying a triangular site, with path at rear leading diagonally uphill
from Wine Street. Mid to late C19. Ashlar. 3 storeys. Deeply projecting
curved cornice with parapet. One very large ashlar chimney-stack with
curved cornice. 3 windows, of 3 lights on first and second floors, and
of 2 lights on ground floor. Windows with plain architrave surrounds
subdivided by stone mullions. Sash windows to ground-floor, glazing bars.
Single tiny pointed window at first-floor level at northern apex of building
Doorway to left of main front, with projecting surround. 6-panel door
up two steps with rectangular fanlight.
