Probably late C17. 2 storeys. Coursed rubble with the original ashlar
quoins buried in the adjoining houses. Modern pantile roof. 2 pairs
of casement windows on first-floor. Paired single lights on ground-floor
flanking 2 modern doors. One large chamfered timber beam running through
ground-floor rooms.
Nos 34 St Margarets Hill, and all the listed buildings in St Margarets
Place form a group.
