Early C19. Detached house near canal lock. Ashlar, slate roof, 1 dormer,
2 storeys 3 windows, sashes in reveals, glazing bars, ground floor windows
in semi-circular-arched recesses. Semi-circular headed centre doorway
with rusticated vermiculated surround. Panelled door with fanlight.
Rusticated quoins, plain string at 1st floor level, flat projecting cornice
and plain parapet.
