Entered from gravelled path running north from Coppice Hill to the Former
Weleyan Methodist Church of 1818. Early C19. Single-storey building
with basement at the southern-end. Ashlar with moulded cornice and plain
parapet. Plinth. The entrance front is to the west. 6 windows. Round-headed
sashes in plain reveals, glazing bars intact. Square projecting porch
in centre, with moulded entablature and blocking-course supported at outer
corners by paired pilasters flanking the door. Moulded string-course
and plinth. Round headed window to each side. Double wooden doors of
3 panels each with rectangualr fanlight over. Former Methodist Sunday
School.
Nos 9 to 12 (consec), Nos 14 to 16 (consec), Nos 19 to 25 (consec), Wesleyan
Methodist Church, Former Wesleyan Methodist Church and wall and gates
form a group.
