Two cottages. C17. Timber framed with colourwashed brick
noggings, thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 4 bays, with
main stack in second bay from south. Framing 3 panels high with
long curved corner braces. Part glazed doors in second bay and
fourth bay. Paned timber windows. Two flush dormers to bays 1
and 2. Interior has spine beam to main hall in bay 2, with bar
and ogee chamfer stops. Windbraces to roof of left bay and stud
and panel partition between bays. Roof of right section not
visible. Extensively reworked early 1987.
