Cottage. C18. Flemish brickwork on stone foundation sills,
thatched roof. Two storeys and attic, 2 bays comprising a wide
heated living room with gable stack, and narrower bay with
entrance. Boarded door with glazed panel and flat canopy on
brackets. Plat band. Casement windows, 3-light to wider bay and
ground floor has segmental brick arches. Roof hipped to left.
Lean-to added to rear, later C18 under continuous roof slope, and
rendered to rear face. Weatherboarded and pantiled lean-to
extension on west.
