3/79 No 58, The Corner House
II
House. Early C19. Flemish brickwork with slate roof. Two storeys,
3 bays. Central through stair hall plan 1 room deep, with lean-to
to rear; late C20 bay added to right end not of special interest.
Central 6-panelled door with fanlight under C20 iron porch with a
swept lead roof. Twelve paned sashes with concealed boxes and
gauged brick lintels having slightly cambered soffits. Windows
replaced on returns. Roof hipped, and stacks to back wall before
addition of lean-to.
