Two estate cottages, now one. 1854. Red brick with extravagant
patterning of raised blue and buff bricks, and buff raised quoins.
Tiled roof. Two storeys, 5 bays. Two storey gabled porch to
fourth bay with datestone in gable, and open recessed porch below.
Timber open verandah at right end extended to square bay. Original
diamond paned margin-glazing replaced in C20 except in bay.
