Cottage. C17/early C18, with small early/mid C19 one-storey addition to right.
Timber-framed with whitewashed brick infill, and whitewashed brick with painted
sham framing. Corrugated iron roof; brick ridge stack. Addition has slate roof.
3-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. 2 plank doors in painted wood
frames between bays. Addition has similar door under segmental arch. Irregular
fenestration of 2-light casements, some with horizontal glazing bar, and
fixed-light and other windows. Full-length open verandah with timber posts.
Gabled half-dormers. Painted wooden boarding below eaves and around dormers,
probably replacing thatch. To rear: irregular fenestration. Gabled half-dormer.
Interior not inspected.
