The Old Mill House,

GV II

Large circa C17 timber-framed cottage with brick infill panels. Heavily
restored. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. One storey and
attic. At first floor, three gabled dormers and two gables with finials, all
with casements with leaded panes. At ground floor modern casements with leaded
panes and recessed porch under the larger of the two gables. Single storey
modern extension at east end of north elevation, gable with four lights. Large
brick chimney stack against west end of south elevation and two other brick
chimney stacks. Interior: Timber-framed partition walls with some wattle and
daub retained in internal partitions; chamfered ceiling beams, Inglenook
fireplace.
