Farmhouse. Probably early C17, now forming cross-wing to right; C18 main range, encased probably late C18, with C19 addition to end of cross-wing. Red brick; old plain-tile roof; brick end stack to left, ridge stack to right of centre.
Single storey and attic; four window range, with cross-wing to right. C19 six-panel door to left of centre with C19 bay window at left having hipped roof forming porch. Three-light casements with segmental brick heads to centre and to right of centre. Gabled dormer to left of centre with three-light casement. C19 fenestration to end of cross-wing. Right return: fragmentary survival of C17 timber-framing, with C19 paintwork of false framing.
Interior: noted as having large open fireplace to ground floor centre room, and C18 cupboard to right of fireplace in room to ground floor left.
