Farmhouse. C18. Early C19 right wing and alterations; small mid/late C19 rear
range. Flemish bond brick. Left range has string course band. Tile roof; brick
left end stack and ridge stack to wing. L-plan with cross wing on right
projecting to rear. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central early C19 porch
has moulded double-leaf 4-panel doors with moulded Greek key pattern to upper
panels. Moulded wood architrave with narrow panelled pilasters. Flat roof with
moulded cornice forming shallow hood. Tall 18-pane staircase sash window above.
Ground floor has tripartite sashes. First floor has 16-pane sashes; right range
has altered brickwork. Attic has 6-pane sash. Windows have moulded frames, and
most have brick segmental arches. Right return side is a 2-window range. Some
chequer brickwork. Ground floor has French window on left with glazing bars and
panelled sunblind box. Tripartite window on right has narrow pilasters. Both
windows have shallow moulded cornice hood on slender metal uprights. 16-pane
sashes above. Lower C19 one-window range on right has casements. Rear has some
cross windows with glazing bars. Interior not inspected.
