Shop and dwelling. Rear range early C19; front range mid/late C19. Rendered,
with string courses; partially boxed-in wood modillion cornice. Plain-tile roofs
are invisible from front. Brick ridge stack. 2 parallel ranges. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Moulded round-arched entrance to passage on left. 1920s/1930s
shop front has leaded glazing to upper part, with sun-burst motif above recessed
glazed door. C19 moulded wood surround has fluted pilaster strips, consoles and
entablature. Shuttered-up window to right has segmental-arched central section
with console key and shaped hood mould with finials and consoles. Upper floors
have 4-pane sashes in moulded architraves. First-floor segmental-arched windows
have sills on consoles, sunk spandrels and segmental pediments with string
course between. Lower second floor has simpler architraves. 3-window rear range
of Flemish bond brick. Rusticated rendered basket-archway on right. C20 doors.
Late C20 top-hung sashes; openings have rusticated rendered flat arches with
keyblocks. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
