Bank; part of row. 1837 by J.A. Hansom. Rendered, with moulded cornice. C20
plain-tile roof with boxed eaves; rendered ridge and end stacks. L-plan, with
wing to rear fronting Ratcliffe Street. Simple classical style. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Late C20 ground floor has recessed entrance. String course.
Sashes, of 9 panes to second floor, have moulded surrounds, with cornice to
first floor windows. One-bay canted corner and 3-bay range to Ratcliffe Street
are similar. First bay is blind. Late C2f) ground-floor windows in simple
rendered surround.
