Detached cottage. Early - mid C19. Diaper brick elevation, brick
laced flint to sides and rear. Tiled roof. 2-storey, 2 bays with
coeval narrow rear service rooms. Symmetrical elevation with
central boarded door. 3-light leaded casements with iron casement
to centre light; all with segmental heads. Oeil de boeuf over door
with central oculus. Brick dentilled eaves and gable stacks.
Weatherboarded lean-to to left.
