11/89 Nos 82 (Pear Tree House) and 83

Estate cottages. c1850-70. Diaper brick with buff brick dressings
and decoration. Slate roof. Two-storey, 3 bays. No 82 of 2 bays
with central 5-panel door, upper panel glazed. Small paned margin
glazed windows within segmental arched heads and compound brick
keys. Moulded plinth. No 83 of 1 bay with lateral door and 2-
storey arch feature in right gable. Rear extension to No 82.
Brick stack to left gable and altered stack on party wall.
