House. C17. Timber framed on sarsen sill, with brick noggings,
chalkstone to north gable. Thatched roof. Single storey and
attic, 3 bays, with lobby entry in additional half-bay between bays
2 and 3. North end bay largely rebuilt, possibly originally a
service bay. Framing 3 panels high with corner braces, numbered
from north. C20 door and timber casement windows. Three flush
dormers to front, the centre with C17 moulded cornice. Two-flued
stacks, raised in C19-C20, and lean-to fourth bay now kitchen added
at south end.
Interior has chamfered spine beams. Chalkstone stack to living
room with chamfered fire beam. Stair to rear of stack.
