Basically this is a Wealden house with a later cross wing added at the
north-west end, and altered in the C16-C17 and later. The cross wing
is jettied on the upper storey on curved brackets with the remains of
moulded capitals. The gable above is also jettied on curved brackets,
with a bressummer carved with oak leaf pattern. Casement windows with
old leaded lights. The ground storey windows have panelled shutters.
Roof tiled, with a wide overhanging eaves to the main block on curved
brackets, and a central square chimney stack.
