A C17 timber-framed and plastered house. Formerly used as an outhouse
and renovated and restored as a house in 1974, with exposed timber-framing.
2 storeys. The upper storey has 2 early C19 "Gothic" arched windows and
a central casement. The ground storey has C20 mullioned windows in original
style and a central doorway. Roof tiled, hipped.
