House, early C19. Believed built as a dower house on the Deerbolt Hall
estate. Stuccoed walls on a painted brick plinth, with rusticated quoins
(those from 1st floor upwards on the main range have been removed). Hipped
slated roofs with internal chimneys of gault brick. 2 storey main range, 3
windows wide; a lower set-back service range one window wide to right. Early
C19 small-pane sashes. 6-panelled entrance door with panelled reveals; oblong
fanlight, flat pilasters and cornice. A full width original loggia returning
at the left-hand end, on slender wooden posts; fishscale slated roof and lobed
fascia.
