Farmhouse. Dated 1769. Flemish bond brickwork on chamfered stone plinth with raised V-jointed quoins. Graduated greenslate roof, C19 brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. C20 door in moulded architrave, plain dated frieze and dentilled cornice. 2-pane sash windows in segmental brick arches with keystones, and moulded stone sills.
