The inserted 1st-floor partition wall is of square-panelled timber-framing with brick infill. Other framing concealed by wall paper, but in right-hand bay at rear some original smoke-blackened rafters are exposed, and straight wind-braces. An interesting and well-surviving example of a late-medieval hall-house with post-medieval addition.
