Cattle-shelter shed and attached pigsties. Circa early C19; pigsties added circa mid C19. Timber-framed clad in corrugated iron and with steeply-pitched hipped clay plain tile roof. Red brick pigsties with lean-to slate roof. The shelter shed is about square on plan with a 3-bay open NE front. Pigsties on SE side with runs in front. Single storey. Shelter-shed has open 3-bay NE front with timber posts. On SE side pigsties in a brick lean-to range with brick walled runs in front. INTERIOR: Collar and tie-beam roofs, the intersecting tie-beams supported on central post with branched top; tenoned purlins; common-rafters and ridge-board. Wall-framing has studs and long straight braces; the SE side wall against pigsty has overlapping vertical plank cladding.
