Former lodge to Stayer Cottage. Early C19. Single storey. Regency Gothic
style. Timber-framed on a high brick plinth, roughcast, with a conical thatched
roof and internal chimney-stack. Two 2-light casements with arched heads to
lights and remains of square leaded panes. Central plank door, studded, with
raised pilaster strips. Included for Group Value.
