1807. Architect, Thomas Cundy. 2 storeys in yellow brick. Hipped roof and moulded
parapet and cornice. 5 windows, replaced hung sashes with glazing bars. 4 windows
to ground floor. Central portion slightly recessed and contains entrance up semi-
circular flight of steps, semi-circular Grecian portico with stone balustrade above,
forming balcony to 1st floor window of 3 lights, segmental head. Narrow flanking
lights and narrow fanlight to doorway.
Bessingby Hall. Hall Farmhouse and pigeoncote to Bessingby Hall form a group with
lodge to Bessingby Hall. Bessingby Hill.
