House. Early C17. One-and-a-half storeys; 3-cell lobby-entrance plan.
Timber-framed and rendered with thatched roof. 3 plain 3-light C20 casement
windows to ground storey; 2 gabled dormers. Enclosed, gabled C20 porch. An
internal chimney stack with saw-tooth shaft. All timbering exposed in walls
and ceilings inside. Plain, good-quality framing; rectangular doorheads;
joists set flat; open fireplaces with timber lintels; in north gable wall one
blocked original 3-light window with ovolo-moulded mullions. An ingenious use
