One building, divided into a shop and office. Early C19.
Timber-framed and rendered; slate roof with modillion eaves
cornice.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 5 window range, all sashes: on the 1st
storey 8-pane with stucco shouldered architraves and curved
cornices on console brackets; on the 2nd storey with single
vertical glazing-bars. A raised brick band between the 1st and
2nd storeys. 2 C20 shop fronts to the ground storey. No.11 has
an C18 rear range fronting on to Skinner Street, faced in C19
random flint with red brick dressings; a half-hipped mansard
roof. Segmental arches to windows and doors; C20 dormers.
INTERIOR: no internal features of interest in either range.
