Pobably circa 1845, 2 storey, 3 windows, red brick with yellow brick
dressings including flank pilasters and corbel eaves band. Eaves
soffit. Slate roof, hipped Cavetto moulded plinth, rendered.
Sash windows with glazing bars and stole moulded lintols on moulded
bedstones. Single panel bolection moulded door with oblong fanlight
1n simple Doric case, painted. Dormer window south on 1 window return.
Alma House froms part of group with Nos 1 and 2 St John's Terrace.
Alma House should be amended to read :
No 9 (Alma House).
