House. Late C16/early C17. English bond brick; gabled thatch roof; rendered brick end stacks. Two-unit plan. One storey; two-window range. Flat rendered arches over mid C20 half-glazed door flanked by windows.
Interior not inspected but noted as having stop-chamfered ground-floor beam; collar-rafter roof. An early example of a vernacular brick dwelling.
