Water Mill and attached mill house. Late C15 early C16. Much remodelled and
restored C20. House 5 bays: timber framed and plastered with colour washed
brick face at ground floor level and exposed timbers. The Mill is timber
framed and white painted weather boarding. All roofs are plain tiled. Mill
House has scattered fenestration: C20 casements with glazing bars. C20 half
glazed entrance doors. 2 red brick stacks with moulded caps. The Mill is
jettied on the south west gable end and has a lucamon the north east gable
end. Machinery is complete; there is an under-shot wooden water wheel. For
