7/35 Hand pump and
16/3/66 timber casing at
Warners Almshouses
G.V. II
Cast iron pump of C19 date with side-mounted handle, below which is a
trough with stone sides. The casing of the pump takes the form of an
obelisk with a flat lead cap instead of a pyramid, formed of planking
painted white. This casing is a replacement of C20 date but appears to
follow an earlier example. Included for group value.
