Estate cottage. Late C19. Red brick with vertical panels of
random flint; thatched conical roof. One storey and attic.
Circular on plan. Casement windows with flat brick arches; one
5-light canted bay with rectangular panel with crown monogram
within; one segmental dormer window to each quarter; 2 opposite
doorways, one with boarded door and glazed porch; at the apex of
the roof a stack with circular base and 4 clustered flues.
