House.Late C16/early C17 core, late C19 Gothick facade; extended
to right hand side in matching style early C20. Timber framed
core, red brick facade; roof of glazed pantiles. 2 storeys and
attic. Older part with 5 window range, 2-light and 3-light small
pane casements with pointed glazing bars to the upper panes of
each light and hood moulds over; splayed reveals; entrance porch
with crenellated parapet and double 3-panel doors; 3 large gabled
dormers with scalloped bargeboards; internal stack and external
stack to left hand gable end. Addition to right hand side with
2-storey splayed bay and crenellated parapet. One ground floor
room has an ornamental plaster ceiling, probably C18.
