Farmhouse. Early C19; possibly dated by a stone by the gate inscribed 'GS 1806'. Red brick with white brick facing to the facade; hipped roof, slated to front, the remainder pantiled. Two storeys and attic. Symmetrical three bay facade: slightly inset sash windows with glazing bars under flat brick arches. Doorway with double three-panel doors, plain semi-circular fanlight and reeded architrave; Roman Doric portico on fluted columns and pilasters. Wide boarded eaves; two flat-roofed dormers. Two bay returns. Flanking the house are curved screen walls set forward, each with a recessed semi-circular headed panel.
