II

Farmhouse. C16 core, timber framed, C19 red brick facing, slate roof. 3 cell
range, that to left added. 1½ storeys. 3 windows below segmental brick arches,
that to left a single casement, those to either side of door having a pair
of casements with panel mullion between. Door and frame late C19 but probably
in original position forming lobby entrance. Porch C20. 3 gabled casement
dormers. C19 brick stack. Interior: Heavy joists, one with 3½" chamfer, one
2" chamfer with broach stop. 2 of 3 tie beams cut. No access to roof.
