House, formerly martello tower, c.1810-12. Gault brick with chequer pattern
of flared headers. Upper stage red brick. Part rendered. Round tower with
parapet of broad crenellations. 2 storeys. Scattered fenestration of metal
framed casements, the original loop openings having stone dressings. Recessed
door on east side, C20; 2 rendered stacks.
