Church 1864-7 by Talbot Bury. South aisle 1883 by Charles Barry Junior. Dressed
rubblstone, smooth stone dressings and slate roofs. Approximately cruciform with
nave and aisles, 4 gables to south, tower to the west and vestry to the north east.
Short square tower with turret to north west corner, plate tracery windows to the
first stage, corbelled eaves band and tiled broach spire. Plate tracery windows
to aisles, west window with intersecting tracery. Doubled doors to west with
strapwork hinges and gargoyles to the entrance break . North east vestry door
approached up a flight of steps.
Interior: 4 bay nave arcade, 5 to south on octagonal piers with foliage capitals.
Chancel arch with corbel band.
Fittings: C19, including octagonal stone and marble font on granite stem. C20
screen across chancel.
Monuments removed at time of resurvey due to restoration of chancel.
