Ancillary building to engine house and boiler house. c1851-52 by James Simpson, originally for Lambeth Waterworks Co. Built of stock brick with stone dressings and slate roof. Gable ended with stone coping, oculus and metal casement flanked by round-headed windows. Buttresses. Side elevations have parapet with machicolations carried round over end bays, which have round-headed windows two stage. Three further recessed two stage casements. Included for group value.
