House. C16 extended to right in C20. Timber frame exposed, on cement plinth,
with red brick infill. Plain tiled roof, hipped to left end. 2 storeys with
end stack to left, front stack to right and ridge stack to right of centre.
4 framed bays with,curved bracing to first floor. Casement windows and two
gabled, through-eaves casement dormers, 4 windows below. Stable style door
to left end under open, gabled porch. Single storey wing at right angles to
rear.
Interior: Substantial framing visible. Reputedly soot covered rafters in roof
space indicating possible hall house.
