House. Late C16, refronted in 1689 - dated on stone plaque over door,
C19 extension to right. Timber framed with galleted sandstone front, red
brick quoins to angle and pebbledashed render to cladding to street front.
Brick built extension. Plain tiled roofs, hipped over extension. L shaped
plan with entrance front at right angles to street, projecting extensions to
right end. 2 storeys with basement, plat band over ground floor rising up
to enclose plaque. End ridge stack to right under oversailing top. Irregular
fenestration, 2 windows on first floor including one 2-light wood mullioned
casement, 2 windows on ground floor, one 3-light to right with blocked window
to left. Panelled door to right of centre under depressed brick arch. Square
extension to right one 3-light casement on each floor. Penticed roof extension
to right end, weatherboarded.
Interior: Some framing visible, mainly stop-chamfered ceiling beams.
