House, now offices. Rebuilt in early C18, possibly by Thomas Gallop, Bargemaster;
refronted in early C19. Brown stock brick with red brick angle quoins and dressings,
stucco on the ground floor; hipped slate roofs with wooden brackets to eaves. Two
storeys and attics over basement with stacks to left at junction with No. 57. Three
bays wide with plat band over ground floor and moulded brick band over first floor
above. Three 6-pane attic sash windows in quoined surrounds, three 12-pane, glazing-
bar sash windows below on the first floor under gauged-brick heads. Two 12-pane
glazing-bar sash windows in rusticated ground floor with basement window below.
Four panel door to right in panelled pier surround breaking forward to support
entablature hood above; oval and lozenge tracery in over-light.
