Near-flush-frame sash windows, at 1st floor, with glazing bars. Ground floor
shop with wood case, central entrance and continuous entablature. NMR photo.
No 26, probably C18, altered. 2 storey, 2 windows. Now with metal casements,
with glazing bars. 1st floor stuccoed, lined and painted. Tile roof. Ground
floor shop front with wood case and sheet glass. NMR photos.
No 28, early Cl8, altered. Probably formerly an inn. 3 storey. 4 windows
at lst floor, 2 windows at 2nd. floor. Stucco, lined and painted. Parapet
with brick'cope. Cambered heads to near-flush-frame sash windows with glazing
bars. Bar window and entrance at ground floor in continuous wood case with
pilasters and entablature. Renewed tiles to roof. NMR photos.
No 30, late C18 or early Cl9. 2 storeys. 4 windows including window above
coach entrance. Stucco. Ground floor rusticated and with arched windows.
Sash windows with glazing bars, arched windows with radial bars at head; arched
entrance with fanlight, and door with flush beaded panels. 1st floor band.
Moulded cornice below parapet with stone cope. Pantile roof. NMR photos.
No 32, probably C18, with extensive reconstruction. Front gable with window
with cambered head. Floor band. 2 1st floor mullion transom wood casements,
with sheet glazing. C18 window at 1st floor, on return, remains. Ground
floor modern shop. NMR photos. Group value.
