Original two storey, three bay section of circa 1800. Tiled roof has very tall end chimneys with swept buttresses. Stucco with incised lines. Sash windows with glazing bars in plain reveals. Central raised panel holds half glazed door in moulded architrave and blocked fanlight with decorative medallion. A small round headed window added to right of this. Trellised loggia with swept lead roof. Left extension of one tall storey, two windows, in keeping. Right wing looks late C18 but has modern two storey, five window projection. Rear elevation shows a good circa 1900 conservatory at left; and French windows with margin lights under a wood trellised loggia.

No 35 (Cockshut) and No 35A (Cockshut Cottage) form a group.
