Despite the numbering this is the next building to No 24, the numbers are
probably Estate numbering. Probably C17. 2 storeys and attic in gables.
2 windows. Red brick, the 1st floor of No 18 tile hung. Each cottage has
a gable, that of No 18 facing south and that of No 20 facing east. Tiled
roof. Casement windows. Chimney breast behind, No 18 once a pub; No 20
once used as a granary: bricked up door or window on 1st floor. Photograph
in NMR.
