This house was built by P Ashburnham, in 1855. Architect Lewis Vulliamy.
Three storeys. Nine windows. Ashlar. String course. Dentilled eaves
cornice. Hipped slate roof. Most glazing bars intact. The 3 centre window-
bays are recessed. Tall porch with Doric pilasters and balustraded parapet
over. The flanking window-bays project and are rusticated. Long and short
quoins at the outer angles of the facade. Late C19 addition of 3 windows
to the north-east, gabled at the north end.
